Due to the number of entries, we will be using only 1 judge for all phases - Manfred Drescher

PRACTICE SIGN-UP

Practice sign up will open on Saturday October 7th at 7 pm central time. Look for an email on Saturday that will give you access to the sign up form.

​

HELPER TRYOUTS

Helper tryouts will happen at 4 pm on Friday October 13th after practice.

​

DRAW NIGHT

Draw night is Friday October 13th and will be at the host hotel.

Competitors, please follow the service road for access on/off the field. This area is for competitors only.

All others please use the normal parking area.

MICROCHIP CHECK

Chip check will be done when exiting the field for obedience. If you have an import who has a European chip, you must provide the appropriate scanner should ours not be able to read.

REGIONAL MEETING

The regional meeting will be at 5pm at

JUDGES DINNER

Concluding the meeting, will be the judges dinner at 7 pm at the Hoppy Pig. Dinner is $25. If you have not signed up when you submitted your entry you may do so via PayPal. Please include an extra $5 to cover the fee.

Please everyone pick after your dog at the hotel and stadium.
